All online courses have been approved for Continuing Education Hours by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

Paying with a Voucher?
Q: How do I pay with a MoDNR Voucher?
A: Follow these steps:
- Add the voucher-approved course(s) you'd like to take to your cart and proceed to checkout. Sign in or create a free account, then follow the prompts to checkout. Be sure to select voucher as payment method, then click Process Payment button. You will receive a confirmation of your pending order by email.
- Fill out your MoDNR Voucher (one voucher per course) and put the Course Name and Number along with your registered username on the back.
- Mail your Voucher to: Missouri Rural Water Association, 901 Richardson Drive, Ashland, MO 65010.
- Your course will be activated when MRWA receives your Voucher.
- You MUST complete your course within 90 days when paying by voucher.
- If using vouchers as payment, the course must be completed by Dec 31st of the same year the course was purchased/activated. Expired vouchers will not be honored as a valid form of payment.
Q: What courses are voucher approved?
A: Please refer to Course Chart above to see voucher approval.
Q: When do I receive the renewal credit hours?
A: When the course is successfully completed, Missouri Rural Water Association will notify Operator Certification that you have completed the course. Operator Certification will, then, award your renewal credit hours.
Important Notes
- You MUST complete ALL parts of a course before you can receive credit renewal hours from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
- You MUST complete a course within 90 days from registration if you are paying by voucher.
- Remember that vouchers must be complete and signed for them to be valid. Incomplete vouchers will be returned to the student for follow-up which delays the enrollment process. Courses will not be activated until vouchers are received in the MRWA office.
Voucher Checklist
When submitting vouchers for payment, check the following items:
- Forms are complete, including signatures in section one and two!
- Fill out your MoDNR Voucher (one voucher per course) and put the Course Name and Number along with your registered username on the back.
- Stickers are from the current year.
- Stickers are the correct type (blue for DW courses, and green for WW courses).
- All of the stickers on a form must be from the same system.
- Ensure that the appropriate sticker value is attached and accurately recorded in the bubbles on the form.
